CHARM has received reports of lost care coordinators, disrupted appointments and distressing discharge decisions. This is your chance to have a say.
Recently social workers in the CMHTs were transferred back to the management of Manchester city council. GMMH says people transferred to Adult Social Care (i.e. Manchester City Council) received letters and calls about the transfer.
GMMH has welcomed the findings to understand people’s experiences and identify where action is needed.
